The Busser is responsible for the efficient turnover of tables, clearing and setting according to CUT’s high standards, and assisting food runners during peak hours. You will be expected to attend pre-shift meetings to ensure thorough communication with the team and uphold the principles of Relationship Hospitality, which are central to Rosewood’s service philosophy. Physical stamina is essential, as this role requires enduring continuous movement and occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds. Strong communication skills and the ability to react promptly and effectively to guest needs are crucial to succeed in this position.
