Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 18+ years of age
- possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards
- minimum of one (1) year related experience
- proper lifting techniques
- guest relations
- sanitation and safety
- full service restaurant operations
- ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during, and after service periods to turn tables
- Maintain complete knowledge of table, seat, station numbers and proper table setups
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
- Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
- Ensure that all necessary stock is replenished during shifts
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints, correcting errors or escalating to management when necessary
- Clean and dry spills immediately upon occurrence
- move furniture as directed by management
- report and record any breakage
- maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
- assist teammates with side work duties upon request
- assist or complete additional tasks as assigned
