Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 18+ years of age
  • possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards
  • minimum of one (1) year related experience
  • proper lifting techniques
  • guest relations
  • sanitation and safety
  • full service restaurant operations
  • ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during, and after service periods to turn tables
  • Maintain complete knowledge of table, seat, station numbers and proper table setups
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
  • Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
  • Ensure that all necessary stock is replenished during shifts
  • Respond to guest concerns and complaints, correcting errors or escalating to management when necessary
  • Clean and dry spills immediately upon occurrence
  • move furniture as directed by management
  • report and record any breakage
  • maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
  • complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
  • assist teammates with side work duties upon request
  • assist or complete additional tasks as assigned
