Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina for prolonged standing and carrying items
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of restaurant service and guest relations

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual
  • Maintain, clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Assist with delivery of bread and water service
  • Pre-bus and maintains tables consistently throughout shift
  • Stock and maintain side stations
  • Stocks and maintain clean glassware, flatware and work areas throughout the restaurant
  • Stock and maintain linen pars and levels
  • Respond to guest requests in a clear and polite manner
  • Complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis
  • Assist other team members as necessary
  • Stock and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team
  • Keep management informed of any problems, complaints from guests or other team members
  • Follow all company policies as outlined in company handbook
