Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
flexible availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
capable of performing physical tasks including clearing and resetting tables and maintaining cleanliness
commitment to punctuality and reliability
willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Must have a friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to work effectively in a team environment
basic understanding of hospitality standards
ability to follow health and safety guidelines
good communication skills
prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required
willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

Clear, clean and reset tables promptly and thoroughly to prepare for the next guest
demonstrate genuine hospitality and friendliness to contribute to an exceptional dining experience
assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
maintain cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere in the dining room, lobby, outside and restroom areas throughout the shift
support smooth and efficient service by working collaboratively with team members
uphold health and safety standards in all assigned duties
respond quickly to guest and team needs to ensure satisfaction
