Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual
- maintain, clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- assist with delivery of bread and water service
- pre-bus and maintain tables consistently throughout shift
- stock and maintain side stations
- stock and maintain clean glassware, flatware and work areas throughout the restaurant
- stock and maintain linen pars and levels
- respond to guest requests in a clear and polite manner
- complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis
- assist other team members as necessary
- stock and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team
- keep management informed of any problems, complaints from guests or other team members
- follow all company policies as outlined in company handbook
