Currently, P.F. Chang's is hiring for full-time and part-time hourly positions for Bussers, Runners, or Service Assistants who will play a vital role in restaurant dine-in and takeout operations. These positions offer a pay range of $16.90 to $18.90 per hour based on experience, along with additional tips. The role is integral to the overall guest experience, involving tasks such as cleaning, running food, bussing tables, and providing side work. Additionally, team members in this role will support catering orders and may assist with delivery when appropriate.

The Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant is expected to demonstrate outstanding customer service by offering an individualized and exceptional guest experience. They are responsible for guiding guests through the ordering process, ensuring orders are accurate for both takeout and catering, and assisting with any questions guests may have about the menu. They must also maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, restock supplies, and help in delivering food and beverages for dine-in and takeout services.
