This role is an hourly, non-exempt position offering a competitive pay rate of $16.90 plus tips. As an Outbacker, you will be responsible for creating an AUS-SOME dining experience by delivering tailored service that enhances every guest’s visit. The role involves multifaceted responsibilities, including bussing and resetting tables, providing general restaurant support, answering phone calls professionally, and upselling menu items.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions within 60 days
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment helpful
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
- Ability to learn menu items and upsell effectively
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions
Job Duties
- Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables
