The role involves bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently, ensuring that public areas remain clean and inviting throughout the shift. Handling phone calls professionally and supporting other areas of the restaurant as needed is part of the teamwork-centered approach Outback values deeply. The candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing or walking for up to eight hours per shift.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs

- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions, can be completed during training or within 60 days of start
