The Bar Back position at Twin Peaks is a vital support role within the restaurant's bar team. As a Bar Back at Twin Peaks, you will be responsible for supporting bartenders, specifically the Twin Peaks Girls, by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and efficiently running during service hours. Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bar back
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training
- Must successfully complete the Twin Peaks training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- Must complete any required local and state training such as food and alcohol service certifications
- Must maintain uniform standards including a clean TP hat, clean hair under hat, clean shaven or maintained beard/mustache, trimmed fingernails, no jewelry on ears, face, neck, or wrists, no headphones or earbuds, and clean non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Must adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in an environment that includes exposure to fumes, wet and/or humid conditions, cleaning chemicals, and possibly cigarette or cigar smoke
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bar back
- Ability to communicate in English

- Successful completion of Twin Peaks training program
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast paced environment
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized bar
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties including restocking the bar with all necessary items, cleaning the bar, mopping, etc
- Ensuring the bar is always well stocked
- Changing kegs, checking taps, and appliances to confirm they are working and in good repair
