Pappas Restaurants is currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Bussers to join their team. Bussers play a vital role in the daily operations of the restaurant by supporting the front-of-house staff and ensuring that guests enjoy a clean and inviting dining atmosphere. Working closely with Door Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, and Management, Bussers contribute directly to the overall guest experience by maintaining patios, dining rooms, and surrounding areas. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of patios dining rooms and surrounding areas
  • cooperate with door hosts servers bartenders and management to ensure smooth service
  • clear and reset tables efficiently
  • assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service
  • support team members during busy periods
  • ensure dining area is organized and presentable
  • communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
