Reporting to the Manager on Duty, bussers are responsible for ensuring the dining areas and restrooms remain clean and sanitary throughout the shift. This role supports the front-of-house service team by promptly bussing tables, managing trash removal, and assisting the dish staff with organizing clean dishes.
