The Twin Peaks Busser position is a critical role focusing primarily on maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitization of the restaurant to uphold the brand's high standards. The busser is responsible not only for cleaning duties but also for assisting with the opening and closing operations of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, and table cleaning. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in janitorial or bussing role
- ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds regularly
- clean and groomed appearance adhering to uniform policy
- ability to follow simple instructions and standardized procedures
- willingness to complete required training and obtain certifications
- ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to understand and implement cleaning and sanitization policies
- basic computer skills for training purposes
- good physical condition to perform manual tasks
- ability to follow safety, sanitation, and GHS standards
- completion of training programs and certifications as required
Job Duties
- adhere to uniform standards
- adhere to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
