Your responsibilities extend beyond just clearing tables; you are helping to create the environment where new memories are made, working closely with the dining room team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who values a team-first mentality, stays organized, works with purpose, and enjoys supporting others behind the scenes. No prior restaurant experience is required as comprehensive training is provided starting from day one.
This role offers competitive pay ranging from $14.81 to $16.28 per hour with weekly pay and same day pay access options. Cracker Barrel prioritizes employee well-being with immediate eligibility for health insurance for both full-time and part-time employees, vacation time, and an Employee Assistance Program to support your mental and emotional health. Career growth is encouraged with their industry-leading PAR training program, opportunities for advancement, company matching 401k plan after 90 days, and an Employee Stock Purchase Program. Additionally, employees enjoy a culture of belonging supported by onboarding, regular training, recognition programs, team events, and exclusive discounts including a 35% discount on Cracker Barrel food and retail items and additional perks on home, travel, and phone services.
By joining Cracker Barrel as a Busser, you become part of a company that is dedicated to community, respect, and hospitality excellence. You will be welcomed into a vibrant team where your contribution is valued, and you can truly make a difference in guests’ lives through your teamwork and dedication.
