Working closely alongside bartenders, the Bar Back ensures the bar runs smoothly by handling tasks such as cleaning, restocking, changing kegs, verifying equipment functionality, and assisting with opening and closing duties. This position requires considerable pride and discipline, as well as adherence to strict uniform and conduct policies. Bar Backs at Twin Peaks are expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following rigorous safety, sanitation, and operational standards.

The position demands physical stamina due to standing, lifting, and moving supplies, and it requires a strong sense of teamwork. Moreover, employees will work in environments that may include exposure to kitchen fumes, cleaning chemicals, humidity, and in some locations, cigarette smoke from designated smoking areas.
