Job Requirements

High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
previous experience preferred
fluent English speaking and writing skills
good time management skills
hospitality skills
professional dress, speech, and behavior
able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
food handler certified
able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers
assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests
maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit
delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house
assist service staff in providing the best guest experience
follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
present a professional and clean appearance at all times
