Job Requirements
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
- previous experience preferred
- fluent English speaking and writing skills
- good time management skills
- hospitality skills
- professional dress, speech, and behavior
- able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
- food handler certified
- able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
- clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers
- assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests
- maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit
- delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house
- assist service staff in providing the best guest experience
- follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- present a professional and clean appearance at all times
