- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- excellent customer service skills
- able to communicate effectively

- Do everything you can for the customer
- keep the restaurant impressively clean and organized
- clear and sanitize all tables and surfaces
- sweep floors regularly
- refill ice stations
- restock wait stations
- support kitchen and server teams during busy hours
