We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bus Staff (Bus). This hourly, non-exempt position is essential to ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the restaurant and bar areas. As a Bus team member at Beau Jo's Pizza, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean dining environment by clearing tables of dirty dishes and linens promptly, wiping and resetting tables, and delivering water, coffee, and tea to customers. Additionally, you will assist servers by running food from the expo line to the dining area, ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. Your role will also involve communicating with patrons and staff about daily specials and any concerns to help maintain smooth service flow.

Beyond these core duties, you will support the front-of-house staff by performing a variety of tasks such as taking out linen and trash, restocking supplies, checking restrooms, managing bus tubs, refilling ice, washing glassware, and assisting other team members as needed. This position demands physical stamina, as it requires 100 percent walking and standing, 70 percent reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, and lifting or carrying loaded bus tubs or trays of up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift. Safety is a priority when handling cleaning chemicals and supplies according to established guidelines.
