The Busser’s responsibilities extend to assisting bartenders with cleaning bus tubs and trash, polishing and restocking flatware and glassware, pre-bussing tables to prepare for new guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, seats, and restrooms. This role demands physical stamina as it requires standing and walking throughout the shift, frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and navigating various work areas effectively including up and down stairs or ramps if necessary.

Job Requirements
- Physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs, including bus tubs and dishware, to proper area (up and down stairs and ramps if necessary)
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Ability to frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend and wipe to maintain tables and service area
- Ability to speak and comprehend English
- Willingness to maintain proper safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform side work and support team members
- Awareness of workplace hazards including cuts from broken glass, burns, slipping and tripping

Job Duties
- Ensures tables are cleared, cleaned and re-set according to Seasons 52 standards
- Assists with pre-bussing tables, restocking side stations and running food
- Assists with flatware and glassware polishing and restocking
- Ensures bartender bus tubs and trash are emptied and replaced in an efficient manner
- Maintains overall cleanliness of the restaurant
