The position of Busser at Over Easy is vital in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. The role involves maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by promptly clearing tables, ensuring dining areas are spotless, and supporting the service team. Bussers are responsible for removing used plates and glassware, carefully managing tableware transportation to the dish area, assisting dishwashers with clearing food waste, and keeping the dishwashing station clean. They also ensure tables and seating areas are cleaned promptly between guests, keep an eye on the dining floor's cleanliness, and perform regular restroom inspections every 30 minutes to maintain hygiene standards.

Bussers assist servers by helping to deliver food, particularly during busy periods and for larger parties, helping to enhance the overall dining flow and guest satisfaction.
