Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy lifting up to 75 pounds are essential for this role. Job Duties

  • Promptly clean and reset tables, chairs, and booths between guests
  • Quickly and efficiently clean up spilled food/drink or broken dishes and remove trash
  • Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed
  • Remove used tableware between courses
  • Scrape, stack, sort, and carry dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to the dish area
  • Work with runners and cashiers to expedite seating and table utilization
  • Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchen and fill in for team members
  • Greet guests while walking around, check in, thank them and act as hospitality ambassador
  • Restock clean silverware, glassware, dishes, trays, refill beverage/ice dispensers and condiment areas
  • Clean counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment
  • Mop or vacuum floors
  • Assist with loading/unloading supply trucks and carry heavy items to storage or service counters
