Job Duties

Promptly clean and reset tables, chairs, and booths between guests
Quickly and efficiently clean up spilled food/drink or broken dishes and remove trash
Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed
Remove used tableware between courses
Scrape, stack, sort, and carry dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to the dish area
Work with runners and cashiers to expedite seating and table utilization
Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchen and fill in for team members
Greet guests while walking around, check in, thank them and act as hospitality ambassador
Restock clean silverware, glassware, dishes, trays, refill beverage/ice dispensers and condiment areas
Clean counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment
Mop or vacuum floors
Assist with loading/unloading supply trucks and carry heavy items to storage or service counters
