The role of Busser at Dragon Alley is integral to maintaining the smooth operation and high standard of guest service that the establishment is known for. As a Busser, you will be the unsung hero of the front-of-house team, ensuring that each guest enjoys a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the rapid clearance and resetting of tables, supporting servers during busy periods, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Your duties will include clearing dirty dishes and silverware, wiping and sanitizing tables and seating, setting tables according to restaurant standards, refilling water glasses, assisting with food runs when necessary, monitoring cleanliness throughout the dining room, restocking service stations, and performing closing duties such as sweeping and trash removal. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff, physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, and the ability to lift moderately heavy items. Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but willing to train motivated entry-level candidates

Job Duties
- Quickly clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables after guests depart
- Wipe and sanitize surfaces, chairs, and booths
- Set tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards
- Assist waitstaff by refilling water glasses and running food to tables during peak periods if necessary
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of floors, side stations, and high-touch areas throughout the shift
- Restock service stations with clean utensils, napkins, and other essential supplies
- Perform end-of-shift cleaning, including sweeping and removing trash to prepare for the next day's service
