Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely
- Willingness to work in a hot climate
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and guest service skills
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience in a resort is preferred
- Must be able to walk and stand for 8 hours or more
- Safely lift, carry and provide service from trays weighing up to 25 lbs
- Safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Work in Florida's hot climate for 8 hours or more
- Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Decorate tables following proper outlet protocol for guests arrival
- Place tableware and condiments on tables
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned
