Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system and other applicable systems
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering and assist guests in selecting items
  • Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, reset tables, and remove bus tubs from bar to kitchen
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
