Job Requirements
- This position will spend 100% of the time standing and working in congested areas
- occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water
- must be able to withstand continuous walking, standing, bending and climbing stairs
- must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds when needed
- must be able to life, carry, push and/or pull up to 35 pounds regularly
- smoking is not permitted on the premises
- required to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays
- required to purchase appropriate uniform upon hiring
Job Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the English language
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
- knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
- knowledge of basic dish machine operations
Job Duties
- Properly clear, clean and sanitize all tables and dining room areas
- maintain cleanliness of the dining room
- maintain a clean and organized dish machine area
- operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
- use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine
- restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- remove all garbage and linen
- keep storage areas and parking lot clean and organized
- perform additional responsibilities as requested by the management team at any time
