Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong physical stamina and endurance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Job Qualifications

Experience in efficiently clearing and resetting tables, and transporting dirty dishes to the designated areas
Available to effectively manage a section of tables
Ability to safely maneuver furniture such as chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats
Proficient in using all necessary cleaning tools and equipment
Excellent communication skills for following verbal and written instructions
Capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment
Able to work in tight, noisy, and varying temperature conditions
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand and walk during the entire shift, navigating through potential hazards

Job Duties

Assist in delivering a superior dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and anticipating their needs
Provide a friendly greeting to guests with a warm, sincere smile
Handle guest challenges with tact and patience, ensuring issues are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction
Support the service team by assisting with the setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages
Adhere to all service protocols, including managing special dietary needs and allergy precautions
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures
Complete all tasks according to the guidelines and standards set out in the Employee Handbook
Work cooperatively with all team members to foster a collaborative work environment
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations
