The Busser position at Monterey Beach Hotel plays a critical role in supporting the service team to ensure guests receive top-tier service during their dining experience. The Busser is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the dining areas throughout all hours of operation. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, as it involves keeping tables clean and properly set with fresh china, glassware, silverware, and linens to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. The Busser assists servers by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and addressing any guest requests promptly, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
