The Busser position at Monterey Beach Hotel in Monterey, CA, is crucial to delivering exemplary guest service and maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness that Highgate Hotels is known for. As a Busser, you will assist servers to ensure guests enjoy an efficient and pleasant dining experience. This role involves meticulous attention to the cleanliness and presentation of tables, including setting with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linens at all times. You will be responsible for keeping work areas stocked and organized according to meal periods, breaking down trays in the dish room, and supporting servers by delivering beverages, pre-bussing tables, and responding promptly to guest requests. The Busser is also expected to perform daily opening and closing duties following standardized procedures.
