Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items up to 25 pounds
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties during busy service times
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to support a collaborative work environment
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards

Job Duties

  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next seating
  • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards
  • Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or other items, and responding to guest requests as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash appropriately
  • Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow during busy periods
