Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items up to 25 pounds
Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties during busy service times
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to support a collaborative work environment
Basic understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards

Job Duties

Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next seating
Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards
Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or other items, and responding to guest requests as needed
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash appropriately
Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow during busy periods
