Job Description
Quail Springs Culinary (QSC), founded in 2018 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, is a dynamic restaurant group that operates five unique restaurant concepts across nine states, managing a combined total of 78 company-owned and franchised locations. Known for its investment in concepts that feature craveable food, strong leadership, and scalable growth potential, QSC has cultivated a diverse portfolio that delivers exceptional dining experiences to a wide range of customers. Each QSC restaurant embodies its own unique culture and set of values which drive its success and distinct identity in the highly competitive foodservice industry. This innovative company places a strong emphasis on maintaining high standards of quality, hospitality, and operational excellence throughout all its locations.
This role is for a Busser, a critical team member within the restaurant who ensures that the dining environment remains clean, organized, and inviting. The Busser's responsibilities focus on assisting the waitstaff by efficiently clearing and resetting tables, replenishing dining essentials, and supporting overall upkeep during service hours. By maintaining an orderly dining area, the Busser creates an atmosphere that facilitates quick table turnover, enabling guests to enjoy seamless dining experiences without unnecessary wait times. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset are crucial to anticipate the needs of both guests and fellow restaurant team members. The Busser contributes substantially to upholding QSC's hospitality standards and cleanliness policies, directly influencing guest satisfaction and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires physical stamina, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant setting. The position demands flexibility, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the restaurant's service needs. Prior food service experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as the company values a willingness to learn and a positive team-oriented attitude. Overall, the Busser is instrumental in supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant and helping maintain QSC’s reputation for delivering welcoming and high-quality dining experiences.
