Responsibilities include bussing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness in public areas, providing basic food and beverage recommendations, and displaying strong teamwork to support restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Completion of Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days for California positions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in restaurant or customer service environment is a plus

  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California locations

Job Duties

  • Bus tables and reset quickly and properly
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public areas
  • Provide basic knowledge and recommendations of food and beverage menu items
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
  • Support other restaurant areas as business needs arise
  • Ensure safe food handling and compliance with sanitation standards
