Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Completion of Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days for California positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant or customer service environment is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California locations
Job Duties
- Bus tables and reset quickly and properly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public areas
- Provide basic knowledge and recommendations of food and beverage menu items
- Answer phones promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
- Support other restaurant areas as business needs arise
- Ensure safe food handling and compliance with sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest experiences
