Job Requirements
- ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- responsible beverage service certification required for California positions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is a plus
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties
- bussing tables
- cleaning and resetting tables
- addressing cleanliness and service needs in public areas
- recommending and upselling food and drink menu items
- answering phones promptly and professionally
- supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed
- ensuring compliance with food handling and safety procedures
