Job Requirements

  • ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
  • ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • responsible beverage service certification required for California positions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is a plus
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • responsible beverage service certification (for California positions)

Job Duties

  • bussing tables
  • cleaning and resetting tables
  • addressing cleanliness and service needs in public areas
  • recommending and upselling food and drink menu items
  • answering phones promptly and professionally
  • supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed
  • ensuring compliance with food handling and safety procedures
