Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • For California-based positions, Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training and up to 60 days after start date)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Bus, clean, and properly reset tables
  • Address cleanliness and service needs in public areas
  • Demonstrate general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend products
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally
  • Support all restaurant areas as business needs arise
  • Ensure safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Facilitate a seamless guest experience through teamwork
