Job Requirements
- clean TP black hat facing forward at all times
- brim never bent
- hair must be kept clean and underneath the TP hat
- clean shaven or maintained beard and mustaches allowed
- fingernails must be kept trimmed
- no jewelry in ears, face, neck or wrists
- no headphones or ear buds
- clean non-faded and wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in
- belt is required
- ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 15 pounds
- ability to work in fast paced and potentially humid or smoky environments
- attendance and successful completion of orientation and training programs
- compliance with local and state regulations including food and alcohol service certifications
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- successful completion of training programs including orientation and required certifications
Job Duties
- adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
