Employees are encouraged to have a team-first mindset and take pride in their work, contributing to a culture where everyone is valued and supported. The company’s commitment to employee wellbeing extends beyond the workplace, offering health insurance eligibility from day one for both full and part-time staff, paid vacation, and an Employee Assistance Program to support mental and emotional health.

All team members have access to career growth opportunities, including a 401k plan with company matching contributions available after 90 days. The workplace culture promotes belonging, with extensive onboarding, ongoing training, recognition programs, and team events to foster connections among coworkers.

Perks extend beyond the essentials, with a 35 percent discount on all Cracker Barrel food and retail items and exclusive offers on home, travel, cell phones, and more through the Biscuit Perks program.
