The Busser position at Panda Restaurant Group plays a vital role in supporting servers to ensure guests receive exceptional service from the moment they are seated until they leave. As a busser, your responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables according to Panda standards, assisting guests by refilling water and serving hot tea, and helping maintain a smooth table turnover process. The role demands attentiveness to details such as properly setting tables with silverware and condiments, and care when handling dishes and beverages to provide a pleasant dining experience. Bussers are also responsible for keeping the dining area clean, monitoring guest satisfaction, identifying any potential issues, restocking supplies, and assisting with light janitorial duties.
