The role we are offering is that of a dedicated and hardworking Busser who plays a vital part in the smooth operation of our dining room. This position requires a flexible individual willing to work shifts that include weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet the needs of our guests. The Busser is responsible for preparing the dining room for guest service, which includes cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, and ensuring that plates and utensils are properly arranged. Maintaining cleanliness and promptness in table settings is essential, as is attentiveness to refilling water glasses, removing finished courses, and responding to guest needs with professionalism and a positive attitude.

This role demands physical stamina and the ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate must be capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and composed. A strong working knowledge of spirits, wine, and food is beneficial, along with great communication skills and keen attention to detail. The Busser also supports the waitstaff by managing condiment stands and busser stations, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized throughout service.
