The role of a busser is pivotal in the overall dining experience. As a busser, you will assist servers during service by performing tasks such as serving and refilling water, clearing dirty dishes and glasses, and sanitizing tables. These responsibilities facilitate a smooth and efficient operation, allowing servers to focus more on guest interaction and satisfaction. This position requires those who are passionate about food and beverage operations, able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and capable of building respectful and tasteful relationships with guests. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate professionalism especially in conflict resolution scenarios.
