Ram's Horn is a well-established restaurant chain with a rich history dating back to 1967 when the Kasapis brothers, Eugene, Constantinos (Gus), and Steve, opened the first Ram's Horn restaurant in Detroit's Cadillac Square. The brothers had significant restaurant experience, having helped their father, Demetri Kasapis, at the Receiving Lunch restaurant in Detroit's Greektown district.
