Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 80 lbs

Job Duties
- Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Work directly with FOH staff to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Acknowledge all guests in a smiling, friendly manner
- Assist servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
- Responsible for the final removal of all plate and glassware after guests depart from the table
- Reset all tables within a timely manner including silverware setup and cleanliness detail
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Communicate with FOH staff and management using a headset
- Participate in ongoing training and development
