Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next seating
- Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or other items, and responding to guest requests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and communicate any issues or special guest needs to management
