Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Basic understanding of restaurant hygiene and safety standards
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
  • Reliable punctuality and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting

  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests

Job Duties

  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next seating
  • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards
  • Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or other items, and responding to guest requests as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and communicate any issues or special guest needs to management
