Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Remove dirty dishes and other items from the tables when appropriate
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths
  • Keep floors and carpets free of debris
  • Empty trash bin in the bus station
  • Keep dishes, silverware, cups, etc. stocked
  • Assist servers in taking beverage orders and in delivering refilling beverages
  • Pre-buss tables when appropriate
  • Handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning such as spills
  • Keep the lobby and restrooms clean
  • Keep bussing station organized and free of clutter
