Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience as a busser or in a similar role in the food service industry is advantageous
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- strong attention to detail
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
Job Duties
- assure and maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality by keeping a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
- communicate when tables are ready to be seated
- perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift
- roll silverware
- maintain restroom cleanliness
- assist with dining area maintenance and reset tables as needed
- collaborate with team members to support smooth dining operations
