Bussers play a critical behind-the-scenes role by ensuring that tables are clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome new guests. No prior restaurant or hospitality experience is required for this position, as Cracker Barrel provides comprehensive training through their industry-leading PAR training program starting from day one.
