Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • physical stamina and ability to lift heavy kegs and boxes
  • ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
  • able to lift 80 pounds at a time

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items up to 80 pounds
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous experience in restaurant busser or similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Responsible for restaurant dine-in and takeout operations
  • clean restaurant tables and buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station
  • run food within the restaurant to servers and guests
  • assist with catering orders and deliveries when applicable
  • maintain cleanliness and restock all restaurant stations
  • guide guests through takeout ordering process
  • deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service
