Job Requirements
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- follows company policies including time recording and end-of-shift prompts
- interacts with guests using company service standards
- works with team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
- assists servers and hosts as needed
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
- must be at least 18 years old unless state law dictates otherwise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and team player
- ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Makes sure dining areas are clean and comfortable for guests
- assists host/hostess in greeting and seating guests
- helps servers by making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- provides guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- assists in running food to guests adhering to food handling guidelines
- responds immediately to guests’ requests and inquiries
- performs table quality check back to ensure guest satisfaction
