Job Requirements

  • Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
  • follows company policies including time recording and end-of-shift prompts
  • interacts with guests using company service standards
  • works with team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
  • assists servers and hosts as needed
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • must be at least 18 years old unless state law dictates otherwise

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and team player
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Makes sure dining areas are clean and comfortable for guests
  • assists host/hostess in greeting and seating guests
  • helps servers by making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
  • provides guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
  • assists in running food to guests adhering to food handling guidelines
  • responds immediately to guests’ requests and inquiries
  • performs table quality check back to ensure guest satisfaction
