This job opportunity is for the position of Busser within Acts Retirement-Life Communities. The hourly pay ranges from $12.88 to $15.14 depending on skills and experience. This entry-level position offers next-day pay through the PayActiv benefit, allowing employees to receive wages for work completed the previous day. The role of the Busser is vital in maintaining a positive dining experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include clearing tables, assisting waitstaff by setting tables, filling water glasses, and stocking serving stations with napkins, utensils, and condiments. No prior experience is required, as full on-the-job training is provided. The schedules are student-friendly, making it suitable for individuals balancing work and study, and minors under 18 must secure a valid work permit if required by the employing state.
