This position involves a variety of duties essential for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of the restaurant. Responsibilities include rolling clean silverware, clearing dishes and utensils from tables, resetting tables promptly, sweeping and taking out trash, assisting with food running and guest needs, and strictly following health and safety guidelines in all service areas.   • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
  • Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Able to hear, understand, and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
  • Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift
