Job Requirements

Ability to constantly move throughout the diner and patio to clean tables, chairs and floors
Capacity to work quietly, quickly and thoroughly with sanitation as the main focus
Observational skills to maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and restock paper goods
Honesty and integrity while bussing tables
Composure to fill bus tubs gently to avoid disturbing guests or damaging dishes
Organizational skills to maintain a clean dish area when stacking plates and glassware

Job Qualifications

Experience as a busser in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to communicate with hosts and managers using headsets
Observational skills to monitor cleanliness and supply levels
Strong organizational skills for managing bus tubs and dish areas
Commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork
Ability to multitask and maintain composure under busy conditions

Job Duties

Constantly move throughout the diner and patio to clean tables, chairs and floors
Work quietly, quickly and thoroughly with sanitation as the number one focus
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and restock paper goods
Bus tables with honesty and integrity
Fill bus tubs gently to avoid disturbing guests or damaging dishes
Maintain a clean dish area by stacking plates and glassware in an organized manner
Communicate effectively with hosts and managers via headsets to manage dining room turns
