Job Description
Landry's is a nationally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, known for its diverse portfolio of restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues. With decades of experience, Landry's has built a reputation for exceptional service, innovation, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests across its various establishments. The company considers its employees as its greatest asset and places a strong emphasis on fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated and every team member has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Busser to join our winning team. This opportunity is more than just a job; it is a chance to be part of an amazing team that consistently delivers on our promise to exceed guest expectations from the moment they walk through our doors. As a Busser at Landry's, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, supporting the wait staff, and helping to create a seamless dining experience for guests. This position offers structured programs for growth and career advancement, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The role entails providing timely and efficient support to the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring that dining areas are well-maintained throughout service. Landry's provides unparalleled training and development programs to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success. Employees benefit from generous discounts on dining, retail, amusements, and hotels, flexible scheduling options to balance work and life commitments, and multiple benefit plans to suit individual needs. Depending on location, there is also paid time off or paid sick leave available. Beyond workplace advantages, employees have the opportunity to participate in community volunteer events through Landry's League, fostering a sense of camaraderie and social responsibility.
At Landry's, we uphold the "Be FAIR" ideals—Be Friendly, Accommodating, Inclusive, and Respectful—which form the foundation of our company culture. We seek individuals who embrace these values, bring a team player spirit, and have a guest-first attitude. While prior restaurant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This is a non-tipped position that values dedication, enthusiasm, and a passion for great food and great fun. Join Landry’s and become part of a team that truly values your contribution and supports your professional growth.
