Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or busser experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds occasionally
- adherence to Twin Peaks uniform policy
- successful completion of orientation and training program
- compliance with local and state regulations including food and alcohol service certifications
- good physical condition
- ability to follow instructions
- no visible jewelry allowed
- clean and maintained grooming including trimmed fingernails and appropriate hair and facial hair maintenance
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Janitor Busser
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- ability to work effectively within a team
- basic computer literacy for training purposes
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure house of house standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- perform any other duties or responsibilities as management may deem necessary
