Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous janitorial or busser experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • adherence to Twin Peaks uniform policy
  • successful completion of orientation and training program
  • compliance with local and state regulations including food and alcohol service certifications
  • good physical condition
  • ability to follow instructions
  • no visible jewelry allowed
  • clean and maintained grooming including trimmed fingernails and appropriate hair and facial hair maintenance

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Janitor Busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • ability to work effectively within a team
  • basic computer literacy for training purposes
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure house of house standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • perform any other duties or responsibilities as management may deem necessary
