This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.16, including tip eligibility in accordance with the Colorado Constitution and respective tip credit standards. The core responsibility of the busser is to enhance the guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the restaurant. As a busser in Outback Steakhouse, you will be part of a well-coordinated team responsible for bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly to prepare for new guests. Busser duties include having general knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products, showing professionalism when answering phones and directing calls, and supporting various restaurant departments as needed. Job Qualifications
