Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
  • frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
  • ability to adjust focus as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is beneficial
  • basic knowledge of food and drink menus
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables
  • addressing cleanliness or service needs in public areas
  • having general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommending products
  • answering phones promptly and directing calls
  • supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
  • committing to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
  • ensuring every opportunity to wow guests is fulfilled
